Recapping March’s Gunnison County Real Estate MarketIn February 2024, Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley’s real estate market showed robust growth: – Average Sold Price: $760,361 (+31.9%) Overall, there was significant growth in average sold price, new and active listings, price per square foot, and closed sales volume. However, properties under contract decreased slightly, and days on market increased. |

5. Pump and inspect your septic system. We have a county regulation that all septic systems have to be pumped and inspected, an application of compliance filled out and paid for before the county will transfer ownership to a new buyer. I always advise my sellers on septic systems to get this done as soon as we list (or before) especially if it is in the spring, summer or fall. It is more expensive to take care of this in the winter with snow removal as an added cost. |
