The Gunnison County real estate market saw an uptick in inventory in July. There were 259 active listings, up 5.3% from July 2023 and months supply of inventory was up to 8.3 months. Fifty listings went under contract, a 7.4% decrease from last year, but a 22% jump from June. Homes moved a bit slower in July with listings seeing an average of 106 days on market. This was an increase of 32.5% from last year at this time when this data point was at 80 days, on average.

Prices remained high when viewed year over year with the average price for single family homes and condos both increasing. July 2023 saw the average price for single family homes at $1,145,635.
