In February, sellers introduced 38 new listings to the market, bringing the months’ supply of inventory to 5.4 months—an increase of 3.8% from the previous month. Despite these shifts, single-family home prices saw significant appreciation, with both average and median prices rising year over year. Notably, the median price for single-family homes surged by an impressive 62% compared to last year, highlighting strong long-term value growth in the market.
