    Prices for single-family homes and condominiums in the Gunnison County real estate market ended 2024 strongly, rising sharply from December 2023. The median and average price of single-family houses increased by more than $1 million Yoy. Months of inventory supply dropped to 5.7 months on a YoY (-14%) and MoM (-8%) basis. Compared to previous month, when this data point was at 137 days, homes remained on the market for an average of 126 days, an 8% reduction. On average, houses were listed for 167 days in December 2023.
