The fall colors seem to be peaking in some areas and on their way to changing in others. It is stunning outside right now. If you aren’t from here, here are three great spots to check out the foliage.
Here are some must-visit places to witness the enchanting fall foliage this season:
– Kebler Pass –
Home of Colorado’s largest aspen grove really makes this drive spectacular! This is a quick drive from downtown Crested Butte over the pass.
– McClure Pass –
If you are continuing from Kebler to maybe Redstone, Marble or even Aspen, you’ll go over McClure Pass. Not only will the leaves be gorgeous but the views are drawdropping from the top of the pass.
– Ohio Pass –
If you are looking for a loop and staying in the valley, you could start from Kebler Pass and make the left hand turn after passing the turnoff to Irwin in order to get you onto Ohio Pass. This pass will eventually lead you to Ohio Pass Road and into Gunnison.
