When you are selling a home, it is not always just a business deal. After my husband passed away, I found myself in a very difficult situation. Besides not having a clue about such matters, I needed to sell our family vacation home, where so many great memories were stored. Heather and Mackenzie were sensitive and patient to my situation. They gently guided me through the process, never pushing, always listening. All deadlines were made on time and everything was communicated and explained. Living in Hawaii, it was very helpful receiving professional updates of the market throughout the year by mail and emails which helped to evaluate what is out there and what my competition was, not to mention Heather made herself available thru calls or texts to accomodate time changes and work hours.
